Grandstand 46 is alongside the outside of the circuit on the main straight, with the Olympic rowing lake directly behind it. The view from this grandstand is of the cars rapidly approaching and passing you on this straight. This is the first DRS zone of the track, so you can expect to see the start of some overtaking moves here, or a fight back from a pass in Turn 10.

We had an amazing time. This was my first time at a formula one race and I can’t wait to go to another. Montreal was friendly and we had fun. We were a little disappointed with our view of the screen and trouble hearing the speakers from stand 46, hard to tell who was in pole or in the lead or any overtaking eg.

Had a wonderful weekend at the Montreal GrandPrix thanks to bookF1.com. We received the tickets well in advance of the race date. They even followed-up before the event with emails containing tips on quickest way to get to our seats and what we should bring. Will definitely book through them again!

The experience was great but compared to some races where you can move around and see different parts of the track, this one is a dead loss. Bleachers are really crowded and some have almost no field of vision.

Bought 4 tickets for section 46. We were in row M. No screens to see what was happening elsewhere on the track. There was a screen to the right but it was blocked by trees. Difficult to get to. We ended up sitting along the fenced area by the pit lane. Beautiful park like atmosphere. General admission is great for this race. Lots of places to watch the race. There is A LOT of walking. Unlike Mexico City, you can walk around most of the track. The best part is you can bring in food and drinks. The radio broadcast was ok but wish we could've gotten the F1 broadcast. The F1live app didn't work. Spotty cell coverage.

My experience can be summarized by saying that it was a lot easier than I expected to get to our seats, those seats were great, and the ability to walk the circuit after the race was a pleasant surprise! Montreal's GP is on a manhmade island with only one subway on, which made me think it would be a mob getting on and entirely confusing. Not so. We set out to arrive about 4 hours prior to lights out, to see the pre-show events. Montreal's metro was so efficient, and island signage was so clear we got there right on time! We sat at Grandstand 46, and the seats were great for seeing the cars enter the DRS zone. There was a screen in the distance (closer to the hairpin's Apex), but I recommend having the F1 app or a radio receiver to get lap by lap tracking. After the race, flag marshalls allowed us into the track which was a great surprise! We made our way to the finish line and go to touch the finish line and see the cars getting put away, which was a great end to the day! Getting off the island took longer since everyone was trying to get off at the same time, but it was still simple. We didn't get lost or misled or confused once! All in all this was a great introduction to the world of F1.

Saturday I had a Genaral area ticket yet you are only allowed in some areas, I was walking past the family stand and that was as far as I could go security stopped me as I did not have a stand ticket. Sunday I had a tickets for stand 46 which was good apart from not being able to see the big TV screen and the hairpin due to the trees being overgrown which you advertise you can see. When race was finished it it took us 11/2 hrs to get to the metro station from stand 46 it was chaos all the way their was not much organising until we got to the tube which was organised.

Overall it was a great experience and had plenty options for entertainment. However the way the entrance and exit to the event is handled is terrible. Jamming the crowd into half the roadway causing extremes backups should be brought to the attention next year.

It's been my third consecutive Montreal gp from 2015 and I truly recommend this to anyone wishing to go to one. The track is awesome and the entire atmosphere of the weekend. Plenty places for night life downtown Montreal after.

I had a great time at the Canadian F1 on Sunday. I arrived in time to watch the Porsche Cup, Ferrari Cup and of course the F1 race. It was a lot of fun. It was a very hot and sunny day, and there was no shelter in the grandstands. Also I didn't know you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks into the event. I was surprised by that, but I'll remember it for a future event

Well for me this is the second time attending the montreal grand Prix, Montreal just is an awesome city in general and at grand Prix weekend even better. The bars, the streets are abuzz. This is also second time buying popular grand stand tickets which are accommodating to my budget and very close to metro station for me and even its not a tv stand you can see the TV for grand stand 34 perfect. Bookf1 site was perfect for tickets, problem free and easy to navigate.

First ever Canadian Grand Prix and it was awesome after I got acclimated to the track. It was a little confusing at first, but once I sorted it all out it was easy to get where I needed to go.

We were at a dead end which made access difficult. We couldn't see the big screen TV or here the commentary when the cars were on the track. I thought our seats were closer to the hairpin but obviously not. The view of it was blocked by the trees.

Outstanding event. Having full day activities (ie., 1600, masters, etc.) was excellent and made the wait for trials and race engaging and interesting. Tough getting into the island via Metro and lines for pre-purchased tickets was painful (at least our line was). Food and drink vendors are always too expensive, but expected. "Popular" stands for the race were overcrowded, but most fans were polite and accommodating. As a first-timer, I wish there were more information posted about what you're allowed to bring in to the venue. Next year we'll be much smarter and better prepared.
